Job Responsibilities
The Position: We are looking for a bilingual, strategic marketing consultant with a strong background in private healthcare or health tourism marketing. This position involves the development and implementation of campaigns that target UK-based individuals seeking cost-effective, reputable medical services in foreign countries, particularly Turkey.
You will have an important role in our brand narrative and digital marketing strategy, as well as developing deep relationships with individuals in the UK and Turkish healthcare partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns that centre around overseas healthcare services.
* Create bilingual content that is engaging and localized (in English and Turkish) for digital, social, and print media.
* Manage email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
* Develop collaboration with Turkish medical professionals and patient representation representatives.
* Perform an analysis of campaign performance and produce actionable insights for growth.
* Guarantee cultural relevance, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency throughout all campaigns.
Profile of the Candidate
* A minimum of two years' expertise in marketing in the fields of private healthcare, health tourism, or international patient services
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Turkish
* Expertise in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms
* Competent in campaign planning and copywriting, particularly for bilingual audiences
* The willingness and capability to travel between the United Kingdom and Turkey on an as-needed basis
* Experience in the medical tourism industry or a clear indication of potential for success
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with remote teams and demonstrate a proactive mindset
* Eligible for sponsorship of a skilled worker visa in accordance with the regulations of the UK Home Office
