About The Role:

Core Hours: 07:30–17:30 (with occasional weekend or late cover), Monday - Frida
Lead with purpose in a role that values you. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and capable Security & Safety Team Supervisor to lead our frontline team in the courts and tribunal system. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Supervise and support the security team, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.
* Act as the first point of contact for any security-related issues, including incident reporting and resolution.
* Monitor compliance with health & safety, SIA licensing, and operational risk assessments.
* Oversee CCTV and search operations, ensuring ethical and professional conduct at all times.
* Manage team rotas and scheduling systems (Timegate), ensuring fair and efficient coverage.
* Provide weekend duty manager cover on a rotating basis.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance.
* A valid SIA Licence and relevant experience in security.
* Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a team environment.
* Strong communication and people skills, with a calm and confident approach.
* A commitment to high standards, safety, and ethical conduct.
