We are looking for an active, enthusiastic and passionate SEN teaching assistant ready to extend support to special needs children with special needs in a school based in Wetherby. You will be working in a full time position from Monday through Friday (8:30AM to 3:30PM).

10. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one
11. A good understanding of the national Key Stage Curriculum.

Roles & responsibilities:
13. Make learning fun and interactive
14. Be able to facilitate children's learning in both 1:1 and small groups
15. Ability to share information and have professional communication with the class teacher.
16. Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills when working with children.
17. Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and individual needs.
18. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies for promoting positive behaviour.
