You also take the time to understand the needs of engineers (who have to build, maintain and extend features for the life of the system) to make appropriate trade-offs. You partner effectively with technical managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set project priorities, milestones and drive delivery. The Amazon Smart Vehicles team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed Senior Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with our Automotive OEM partners to bring new experiences to market that will delight customers. Our growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, product development and solutions architects to develop our partnering strategy, implement mechanisms to scale our outbound business development activities and help closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in market development of automotive products, and is a self-starter willing to operate in a multifaceted way.
