Care Assistant
Location: Bath & NE Somerset
Salary: £13.85 to £14.85 per hour
Training: Expert training
Shift patterns: Flexible
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support patients in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team. You’ll provide high‑quality care tailored to each person's needs and help them maintain dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality, individualized care
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Help with meal preparation, nutrition and feeding
* Support medication administration, prescriptions and safe disposal
* Perform light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
* Be a dependable, friendly face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
* Kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not required – full training provided
* Must hold a full UK driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle
