About the Role You’ll work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across various sectors, including advising on: Disciplinary and grievance procedures Employment tribunal claims Contracts and policy reviews TUPE, redundancies, and reorganisations Day-to-day HR advisory work What You’ll Be Doing Delivering excellent client service and legal advice Accurately recording time and managing WIP effectively Supporting business development and client retention Keeping up to date with employment law developments Taking responsibility for your ongoing personal and professional development What We’re Looking For 2–5 years' PQE in Employment Law Strong communication and client-handling skills Commercially aware with sound financial management Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office Friendly, proactive, and aligned with the firm’s values Why Join?
