About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, along with a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You will be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and skilled at following recipes precisely. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns as needed.
