I am currently working with a Hertfordshire Authority who are looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis.
Key Details:
* Day Rate: £350 - £425 a day (inside IR35)
* Location: Hertfordshire
* Working Pattern: 2 days per week in office, otherwise remote
* Contract: 3-month rolling contract
As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following:
* Rent reviews & Lease renewals.
* Landlord & Tenant.
* Service Charges.
* Way-leaves & Easements.
* Disposals & Acquisitions.
