What you will do: * Act as a source of expertise and deliver highly specialist physiotherapy to children within the acute hospital setting. * Manage a complex caseload independently, collaborating with families, Consultants, Nursing Teams, and AHPs to deliver evidence-based care. * Provide advanced physiotherapy assessments, advice, and interventions for patients with diverse and complex conditions, creating tailored treatment programs. * Lead the inpatient aspect of the paediatric physiotherapy service, aiming to develop the service to meet the evolving needs of the community. * Work without direct supervision while having access to support and advice from senior clinicians. * Collaborate with other team leads to support and cover various service areas, including MDT clinics and wards. You'll need HCPC registration and NHS experience as a physiotherapist, but no need to be a car driver.
