Overview
As an apprentice hospitality supervisor you will be working in a passionate and hard‑working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship! On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Hospitality Supervisor L3 and become a qualified hospitality supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Premium Operations in coordinating the set up for event days, whilst developing and managing the variable teams.
* Ensure best standards are delivered through regular venue walks.
* Ensure that health, safety, hygiene rules and procedures are always followed as a priority.
* To inspire, strive and be an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
* Ensure allergies and specific dietary requirements are held as a priority when liaising with kitchen and staff are briefed accordingly.
* Maintain key relationships and schedules with both internal and external clients.
* Foster transparent and genuine relationships with co‑workers and the wider Levy UK family.
* Supervising around 4‑5 people on an average day.
Qualifications and Expectations
* Experience in hotels, stadium, or event catering environment desirable.
* Personal circumstances must allow working flexible hours to align with stadia activity.
* Strong leadership qualities and excellent communicator.
* Positive and passionate focus on food – a natural flare for hospitality.
* Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness.
* Credible, champions and grows guest and client relationships.
* Standards and quality driven hands‑on management style.
* Effective team player, with a "can‑do" attitude.
* Assertive, calm, works well under pressure.
* Motivated by a passion and desire for quality and great service delivery that add to the guest experience.
Recruitment Note
We're currently recruiting for an ambitious apprentice hospitality supervisor to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full‑time basis contracted to 40 hours per week.
Apprenticeship Levels
It takes between one and two years to complete your apprenticeship, depending on what you go for and the hours you work. Our three apprenticeship levels are: Level 2 Intermediate apprenticeships (level 2) – perfect for anyone who wants to gain a recognised qualification for new skills. Level 3 Advanced apprenticeships (level 3) – for when you've already got a solid foundation (such as a level 2) but you want to push your skills further. Higher apprenticeships – ideal if you've set a degree level qualification in your sights, as this will help you to gain a deeper understanding of your specialism.
