We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives. Working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings you will support Adults facing challenges related to living with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Behavioural difficulties. Shifts can be Days, Nights and Sleep Shifts to assist with 24 hour support.

Having an assigned consultant together with full support from our experienced and dedicated team in Manchester
Supporting people to lead fulfilling lives in the community requires kindness patience and common sense. a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Childrens support settings
experience of individual support planning
Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
