We're looking to do a PayPal lead model in which we can pay reps significant commissions on all of the leads generated, warm and cold, via cold email ads and also cold calling.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective business opportunities, generating sales leads, and nurturing potential clients to support the sales pipeline. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop business development strategies, conduct outreach, and optimize conversion rates. Effective communication and consistent follow-ups with leads are key to excelling in this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
* Strong skills in Communication and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Experience in Sales processes and strategies, including identifying client needs
* Business Development acumen, with an ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote team environment
* Familiarity with renewable energy markets or clean energy solutions is a valuable asset
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
