We are looking for 2 experienced Support Workers to join our service in Winsford
The Role
As a team member, you will be providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism.
On a typical d ay you will be;
* Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing and cooking.
* Participating in activities / hobbies, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.
* Encouraging our people to live an independent life within their own home and the local community.
* Administering medication as required.
* Completing daily care plans.
* Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
