Senior/Lead Backend Developer - Java, Spring
We are a technology company that develops data visualisation tools and workflow solutions for some of the largest engineering companies in the world. We are looking to hire a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our expanding team.
This is a hands‑on technical role with additional responsibility for supporting technical leadership, code quality, and delivery continuity across the team.
Key responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain back‑end services and APIs
* Provide code review and technical guidance
* Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
* Support delivery workflows and engineering operations
* Deputise for the VP of Engineering when required

* Spring Boot
* SQL
* Git
* MariaDB
* Maven
Experience that would be highly desirable
* OracleDB
* Jenkins
* Podman
* JIRA workflows
* Confluence
* Bitbucket
