Partner Recruitment Assistant One of our top US law firms have created a new role within their London office for a Partner Recruitment Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis: • Salary to £35,000 • Generous holiday allowance • Fantastic employee wellbeing packages • Monthly gym membership reimbursements • 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Key Responsibilities of the Partner Recruitment Assistant: • Managing all administrative aspects of the firm's recruitment processes for Partner lateral hires including on boarding • Liaising with Partner recruitment agencies • Scheduling of interviews, liaising with Legal EAs, room bookings etc. • Tracking the day-to-day recruitment activities (all roles and their status) • Providing reports on recruitment activity on a regular basis to ensure stakeholders are up to date • Managing the on boarding of new Partners into the business including pre-joiner meetings and induction • Scheduling new joiner catch-ups Skills & Requirements of the Partner Recruitment Assistant: • 1 year of experience working within HR/Recruitment at administrator level • Experience working in a Law Firm is highly advantageous
