Excel Learning Trust is seeking to recruit a Careers Advisor to support students at both Millthorpe School and York High School. The role involves guiding students in making informed and aspirational decisions about their future education and careers. The successful candidate will collaborate with Career Leads to organize careers events, assemblies, and tailored support for individual students.
This position is crucial for the future success of our students. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a difference and enhancing students' life chances. Requirements include a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and Development or an equivalent/higher qualification, knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
The working days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
