A leading national firm with a strong reputation across Employment law is seeking an experienced Employment Partner to establish and grow its offering in Bristol.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior Employment specialist to make their mark in a newly launched office, shaping the direction of a growing team and capitalising on the firm's existing national strength and reputation. With over 700 legal professionals across multiple UK offices, the firm offers full-service capabilities and sector-leading expertise in areas such as real estate, corporate, litigation, and private client.
The Employment team-already one of the largest in the country-comprises 30+ lawyers including nine partners. They act for a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, redundancy, tribunal litigation, discrimination, and corporate support. A strong platform also exists in workplace investigations, HR consultancy, employee incentives and professional discipline.
The Bristol office launch represents a strategic investment into the South West, providing a strong foundation for a forward-thinking, commercially minded Partner to drive regional growth while being supported by an award-winning, collaborative culture.
Candidate profile:
* 10+ years PQE with significant experience in Employment law
* Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and grow a practice
* Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help develop a regional team
* Excellent technical skills, commerciality, and commitment to client service
* Strong interest in business development and cross-office collaboration
