Daily Duties
9. Lead and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages from early concept through planning and technical delivery
10. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
11. Produce strong visual design outputs and technical documentation, including layouts, drawings, and reports
12. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to develop and refine proposals
13. Coordinate technical design information, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and relevant codes
14. Support business‑development activities, including contributing to positive practice profile and client engagement
15. Collaborate within multi‑disciplinary teams, working alongside planners, ecologists, landscape designers, and other specialists
16. Attend site visits and contribute to project delivery where required
Ideal Candidate
17. ARB‑registered Architect with approximately several years post‑registration experience
18. Experience or strong interest in master planning, residential layouts, or urban design
19. Strong graphical skills for creating visualisations and high‑quality design documentation
20. Good technical understanding and practical awareness of Building Regulations and technical design through project experience
21. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and SketchUp
22. Vectorworks experience beneficial (training can be provided)
23. Awareness of or experience in landscape design is a plus but not essential
24. Able to commute to the Debyshire office (hybrid working available after 6‑month probation)
25. Eligible to work long‑term in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)
26. Interest in working primarily on projects through the planning stage, with occasional involvement in smaller technical/construction work
