Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With excellent opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals eager to progress and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a great experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
* Drive and surpass sales targets using in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are organized per brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
* Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.
* Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
* Address customer queries professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
* Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure the shop floor stock is fully replenished.
Skills and Experience
* Positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
* Ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging confidently with customers.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
