Job Description
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist solicitors and conveyancers in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing files
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
* Preparing completion statements and handling pre- and post-completion matters
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role (paralegal or legal assistant)
* Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legal procedures
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
