Location: Leek, Foods UK

Salary: Generous salary available, depending on experience

Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you a brilliant Brand Manager looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?

Ornua is actively seeking a Brand Manager to join our technical department as we continue our growth trajectory.

The Brand Manager will be a key player in the UK Marketing team and an integral part of delivering our ambition to step change our brands over the next 5 years.

Why This Role Is Valuable:

As our Brand Manager you will be responsible for leading on;

Strategy Contribute to the annual brand situational analysis and identification of sources of growth. Support the Marketing Controller/SBM to develop a compelling strategy in line with our 5 year vision, analysing market, competitor, trend and financial data and turning this into SWOTS and actionable insights to drive brand growth

Compelling comms via integrated ecosystem planning and execution Working together with the Marketing Controller/SBM, external agency partners and if needed our Central Comms and Social Media teams (role dependent), you will develop and execute 360 campaigns across the consumer and shopper journey ensuring integration of the online digital and offline experience including: ATL, Paid and earned media, BTL, Shopper (online and in store), Ecomm and SEO. Evaluate executions with agency partners and use learns to improve future activations Lead any in market CRM executions ensuring data is captured and performance tracked

Social Media management (scope flexes, role dependent) Collaborate with our internal social media and comms teams, tailoring other local/ global content and asset delivery to local UK market needs collaborate with our social media manager and external agency, ensuring content from creator partnerships and market specific influencer activations is aligned with the overarching consumer communications plans and brand objectives

Innovation Work with the category, insight and innovations teams to develop and launch innovation. For your projects, you will be responsible for getting NPD approved through the steering and stage & gate process and delivering consumer insight-based propositions You'll have sound commercial acumen and understand the importance of delivering the triple win for consumer/shopper, retailer and Ornua, including being able to recommend the right pack, price and promo for success. Work closely with category and commercial to generate performance updates to key stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and category to support trade sell in's

Data and Insights Evaluate ongoing brand performance using Nielsen, Kantar and other sources of data, pulling out key messages and recommending actionable insights. Work with Insight team on consumer research and monitor competitor and retailer activities

A&P Support Marketing Controller/SBM in managing A&P tracking and any ROI evaluation

What You Bring To The Role:

Extensive marketing experience including digital marketing or social media, ideally within FMCG/CPG in food or beverage Experience in integrated comms development across virtual and actual platforms ATL and BTL and collaborating with external agencies. Influencer/creator experience a plus. NPD experience from development to launch, ideally with project management Commercial and financial understanding and ability to analyse and evaluate data from multiple sources
