Do you have a passion for supporting children and families? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Family Support Worker to join our Outreach Team in Liverpool.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
Visiting families at home and in the community to provide tailored support
Working closely with schools, health professionals, and partner agencies
Creating and delivering support plans that bring about positive change
Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at every step✅ What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with children and families (essential)
A caring, proactive, and resilient approach
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for outreach work)
