Description
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances, providing actionable insights.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
* Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
* Provide financial guidance to support business decision-making.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within a similar sector.
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
