As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, providing specialist assessments and interventions, and leading on clinical decision-making. You will support junior staff through supervision and training, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your role will also involve liaising with external agencies and ensuring best practice in line with current clinical guidelines.
