Summary
£62,000 - £90,000 per annum | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount

Responsibilities:
* Visit stores regularly to ensure operations run smoothly, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
* Support and mentor Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams, and improving store performance.
* Empower teams to meet KPIs and uphold high standards.
* Create an environment conducive to high performance, aligned with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles.
Requirements:
* Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve results.
* Ability to analyze complex reports and implement effective actions.
* Drive to learn and stay updated with business changes.
* Strong communication skills for supporting teams with launches and processes.
* Full UK Driving License.
