We’re hiring a Finance and Business Admin Manager to be the operational anchor of our entire business. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you own the essential financial, HR, and administrative processes that keep the company compliant and scalable.

You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be the trusted guardian of our internal systems and financial health, providing essential support and access to critical information for the CEO & COO. Your core accountability is to ensure the business runs like a well-oiled, compliant machine.


Finance and Reporting ownership

* Cash Flow Management: Proactively update and maintain accurate cash flow models and financial spreadsheets, ensuring clear visibility on the company's financial runway.
* Accounts Discipline: Manage the client invoicing process and be responsible for rigorous credit control, professionally chasing client payments to protect cash flow.
* Accountant Liaison: Serve as the primary, highly organised contact for our external accountants, ensuring all financial data, expenses, and reconciliations are submitted accurately and on time for compliance and reporting.
* Payroll & Commissions: Execute the monthly payroll process and meticulously track and update variable commission/bonus spreadsheets.


HR & Executive Administration


* HR Admin & Compliance: Own the full administrative HR lifecycle, including drafting and issuing HR contracts for new starters, managing personnel files, and ensuring basic employment compliance.
* Data Room Master: Maintain and continuously update the company’s data room (financial, legal, and operational documents), ensuring the business is always "investor-ready."
* Executive Support: Act as the trusted right-hand EA-type support to the CEO/COO, handling confidential documentation, preparing materials for board/investor updates, and managing other high-trust administrative projects.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Take on diverse administrative and operational projects as needed by the leadership team, demonstrating a willingness to jump in and solve any new problem.


What we are looking for:


* Trust and Integrity: This is non-negotiable. You must be impeccably trustworthy, given access to all financial, HR, and investor-sensitive data.
* Experience Over Degrees: Proven experience (3+ years is highly advantageous) in a similar broad administrative, operations, or finance support role, ideally within a scaling SaaS or technology business. No specific Finance or HR qualification is required.
* Intellectual Curiosity: A sharp mind that seeks to understand the "why" behind the process and actively looks for ways to improve efficiency and automation.
* Execution Focus: A track record of being a highly disciplined and detail-oriented "doer" who thrives on process, accuracy, and getting things done.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience working with accounting platforms (e.g., Xero) and HR systems.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional liaison with clients, accountants, and investors.
