The Role Assembly Fitter
As an Assembly Fitter, youll play a vital role in the assembly and build of high-quality products within a structured production environment. This Assembly Fitter position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities of the Assembly Fitter include:
* Assembly of sub-assemblies and main assemblies to defined processes
* Working from assembly drawings and process sheets
* Maintaining productivity and quality standards
* Working in line with risk assessments and health & safety procedures
* Being a reliable, engaged Assembly Fitter within the production team
Hours & Contract
* Permanent position
* 39 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am 3:00pm
* hour unpaid lunch break
Salary
* £28,067.52 £30,115.80 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits & Rewards
* Profit-related bonus scheme (5% of basic salary)
* 25 days holiday Bank Holidays

o 5% employee 7.5% employer
