An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join my client's highly regarded team in their Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years PQE, although we will still consider a more newly qualified candidate, provided they have the range below.
Experience and qualifications
Essential experience and capabilities include:
* Debt recovery
* Consumer rights
* Breach of contract
* Misrepresentation
* Nuisance
* Possession notices
* Possession enforcements
* Adverse possession claims
* Employment
* Drafting court forms and issuing court proceedings
* Preparing bundles for courts and counsel
