We manage and support our IT team members. We act as the first point of contact for escalated IT issues. We maintain and support local IT systems, including CCTV servers and site infrastructure. We ensure our IT policies and procedures are followed. We liaise with suppliers and contractors. We manage local IT procurement and invoice processing. We support health and safety compliance within the department. We oversee the effective use of our IT Service Management platform. We maintain accurate IT documentation. We assist with support and installation tasks where required. We deputise for the IT Manager during periods of absence.
