What the role involves
As a Learning Mentor you will support students inside and outside the classroom, helping them feel more confident, regulated and engaged in learning.
* Supporting students with additional emotional and behavioural needs (often SEMH)
* Helping young people manage emotions and navigate challenges
* Building strong, positive relationships with students
* Working alongside teachers, SEN teams and pastoral staff
* Acting as a calm, consistent and supportive presence throughout the day
