Eventus Legal are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience to join a successful team based in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced and highly-regarded team, with secretarial support. This role is a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Personal Injury Solicitor or Paralegal will be part of a team that specialises in claimant personal injury work and you will be expected to manage a varied caseload mainly comprising Fast Track personal injury to include EL/PL/RTA with a small proportion of Multi Track. The caseload will include litigated cases. The candidate will be expected to handle claims from the initial consultation with the client until conclusion.
Person specification
The prospective applicant must have experience of handling a similar caseload to the above. You will either be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3PQE. It is essential that you are fully conversant with the MOJ Portal and be able to litigate cases up to Stage 3. You will be an ambitious, focused and driven individual with a pro‑active approach and willing to work as part of a close-knit team.
