What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to:
* Build relationships with Life Sciences companies and professionals
* Speak with candidates and clients over the phone and on LinkedIn
* Manage interview processes and job offers
* Advertise live vacancies and source talent
* Learn sales, negotiation, and business development skills
* Become an expert in a specialist market
* Work towards targets and earn commission on placements you make
