This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive, medium-sized firm in Solihull. You’ll step into a varied caseload spanning residential matters, HNW clients and a broad mix of private client work, all within a collaborative environment that genuinely prioritises balance, flexibility and wellbeing.

Who we’re looking for
* NQ–4 PQE Private Client Solicitor
* Mixed private client experience
* Strong technical ability
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Confident managing billing requirements
* Adaptable, team-focused and values-driven
* Interest in BD (desired)
What you’ll be doing
* Manage a varied private client caseload including residential and HNW matters
* Deliver excellent client service with a friendly, personal approach
* Meet chargeable hour expectations
* Build long-term client relationships
* Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
