An exciting opportunity for a committed SEND Teacher to work in Chorley, supporting pupils with a range of additional educational needs. Mainstream teachers interested in SEND are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and inclusive SEND-focused lessons
Assessing progress and adapting teaching strategies for individual needs
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
Supporting pupils with communication, behaviour, and emotional needs
Working closely with teaching assistants and external agencies
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent
Proven SEND teaching experience desirable, but candidates from mainstream settings are welcome
Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
Commitment to inclusive education
