They are currently seeking a talented Test Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and functionality of their systems through meticulous testing and analysis.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure they meet functionality, performance, and quality standards.
2. Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases, both manually and through automated testing methodologies.
3. Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
4. Utilize testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc., to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7. Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role.
8. Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
9. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
10. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
11. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
12. Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
13. Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is advantageous.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
15. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
16. Experience in IT networking and hardware connectivity to software is desirable.
