At Teaching Personnel, we’re working with fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury who are looking for a full-time Speech & Language Therapist to join their supportive, child-centred teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including ASD, speech and language delay, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties
* Delivering tailored interventions and therapy sessions
* Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families
* Creating communication strategies that empower pupils both academically and socially
* Helping build confidence, independence, and brighter futures

Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Speech & Language Therapist (or working towards qualification)
* Experience within SEN settings or a background in care/support work
* Someone nurturing, patient, and proactive
* A team player who is eager to grow within the education sector
* Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
