A winning attitude, competitive, motivated, and hungry to exceed expectations
Target-focused mindset with the resilience to keep pushing for results
Exceptional communication skills across phone and email, with the ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
Proven evidence that you can sell were open-minded on where your experience comes from
Nice-to-haves:
Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience
Knowledge of Private Medical Insurance or similar products (training provided for the right people)
What youll be doing:
Engaging customers through fact-finding calls to understand their needs and budgets
Recommending tailored insurance solutions from leading UK providers
Handling objections confidently and presenting value to close deals
Delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently hitting sales targets
