Role Summary:
They are seeking a highly capable sales administrator for a sales order processing role. This position offers development opportunities into a more varied role within 6 months to 1 year, increasing responsibilities as familiarity with products and customers grows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input customer orders into the system.
2. Oversee the order process from start to finish.
3. Act as the internal customer champion, resolving inquiries and up-selling products.
4. Support customers effectively.
5. As confidence and technical knowledge increase, engage in proactive selling to new potential customers.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a sales order processor or sales administrator, preferably with a company that sells a diverse range of products rather than services. Outbound selling experience is a plus, but the key qualities are personality and the ability to present well to customers.
