We're seeking an experienced and qualified accounting professional who is capable of delivering a high standard of financial stewardship. You’ll pair deep charity-sector know-how with the confidence and agility to keep us SORP-compliant while leading financial planning and management of staff and operational expenses. Clear communication skills, existing knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and prior experience of Xero are also highly desirable skills for this role. As Finance Manager you would be in charge of handling everyday financial operations including payroll and VAT returns for a lean and dedicated HQ team. You would take the lead on the development of budgets, drive annual forecasting and have responsibility for compiling audit reports. You would also create informed strategic fiscal plans and advice to share with SLT, the CEO and our board of Trustees.
