A well-established primary school in Birmingham is seeking a committed Intervention Teacher to start January 2026. The successful Intervention Teacher will plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions across reading, phonics, maths and social-emotional learning. As Intervention Teacher, you will ensure that pupils identified for support make rapid, sustained progress and will produce clear progress reports for senior leaders. This Intervention Teacher role is suitable for applicants who are skilled in one-to-one tuition, small-group teaching and progress monitoring. • Intervention Teacher required to work on a full-time position • Intervention Teacher required to work within a school in Birmingham • Intervention Teacher to join a proactive and results-focused interventions team The appointed Intervention Teacher will be expected to: deliver structured programmes, adapt resources for differentiated needs, work with class teachers to integrate learning gains and support transition work. The Intervention Teacher will start January 2026 and will take part in strategy reviews from January 2026.
