We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Delacy Gardens, Pontefract. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 18.50 hours per week. You'll work on a 2-week rolling rota, including:
* Evening shifts: 16:43 - 23:00
* Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)
Your role will include:
* Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
* Promoting independence and person-centred care
* Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
* Treating every person with dignity and respect

Essential Qualifications:
* GCSE Grades D in Math and English or
* Functional Skills Level 1 in Math and English
Desirable (but not required):
* Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
