Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions
* Prepare and oversee the submission of planning applications and appeals
* Engage with stakeholders and local communities to ensure project success
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Experience in a Town Planning related role
* Have started the APC process (Not essential)
