Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to work with our marketing manager and senior leadership team to execute various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across all aspects of digital and in-person marketing with the direction of an experienced marketing professional. You will play a key role in assisting with content creation, analysing campaign performance, and maintaining our online presence across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Social Media
* Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
* Format captions based on your approved content calendar
* Upload product images, information and usage clips
* Monitor comments & DMs
* Follow saved reply SOPs
* Track engagement & report weekly numbers
* Ensure consistency with the agreed brand voice
Website
* Upload banners (promotions, special offers, clearance etc.)
* Add products & update descriptions
* Insert SEO keywords
* Update homepage messaging
* Check broken links
* Upload blog/news posts
* Implement survey popups (with IT guidance)
Email Marketing Execution
* Build campaigns in email marketing software
* Segment lists
* Upload product offers
* Schedule email sends
* Pull open rate / click reports
* Maintain structured email calendar
Campaign & Trade Show Support
* Prepare QR codes
* Update Linktree
* Create product promo visuals
* Manage follow-up email lists
* Upload show-only discount codes
* Organise lead spreadsheets
* Attend trade shows to promote brand and acquire data
Weekly Reporting
* Website traffic
* Orders from social
* Email performance
* Top posts
* Follower growth
* Campaign sales impact
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

Required or preferred skills:

Where required, we will provide training courses to help the successful candidate perform the expected tasks.
Occasional travel to national trade shows is expected, including infrequent overnight stays around the UK. All costs associated with travel and hotel stays are covered by the company.
Job Details
Salary (experience dependant) from £25,000
Onsite working, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30. 20 days annual leave per year, with closure early for Christmas until New Year.
