Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Secondary School - Bromley - ASAP Start - £110-£115 per day (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Provide behavioural and pastoral support to students
* Carry out 1:1, in‑class and outside‑class support as required
* Work with students with challenging behaviour and build rapport
* Maintain strong behaviour management skills; Team Teach/Physical Intervention training is desirable
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Empathetic approach and ability to build excellent rapport with students
The Role
Our client, a mainstream secondary school in Bromley, seeks a passionate Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will provide support to students from diverse backgrounds, including 1:1, in‑class and outside‑class support. Team Teach or physical restraint training is desirable.
