MEP -Manager
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Projects professional looking to take ownership of varied engineering projects? Our client, a respected and growing organisation within the building services sector, is seeking a talented individual to lead technical delivery across multiple contracts, from small works to large capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects
* Manage multiple installations within agreed budgets and timescales
* Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
* Report delays and disruptions promptly
* Lead teams to deliver high‑quality results
* Oversee compliance with design specifications, codes, and HSEQ policies
* Support site teams with technical guidance and documentation
* Review and approve engineering deliverables
* Assist with pricing variations and monthly valuations
* Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities
* Support tendering and bid submissions
* Represent the company in client and contractor meetings
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
* Promote Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
* Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and H&S plans
* Ensure subcontractor compliance with project requirements
* Motivate and guide team members to meet objectives
Person Specification
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability
* Commercially aware and confident in managing client relationships
* Able to work independently or within a team
* Proven mechanical/electrical project engineering experience
* Experience managing multiple projects
* Competent with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Relevant mechanical engineering or building services qualification
* Full UK driving licence
