I am sourcing for 2 x experienced HR Business Partners for a 12 month contracts. This role is based in the city of Leeds on a hybrid basis, 3 days onsite.

You'll join a forward thinking HR team committed to delivering an exceptional, continuously improving service. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll be embedded within a key area of the organisation acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and constructive challenger.
This role offers genuine scope to influence at scale while remaining hands-on and close to the business.
HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into impactful people solutions
Use workforce insight and data to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and shape targeted HR and organisational development interventions
Design and deliver workforce strategies aligned to organisational objectives, including workforce planning, resourcing, change management, engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
Provide expert advice across the full range of employment matters, including leading on complex and high risk cases
Design and facilitate HR and OD learning interventions that support capability, engagement, and effective change
Lead, coach, and develop HR colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Champion the wider people agenda, including equity, inclusion, wellbeing, organisational development, and professional learning
Take the lead on strategic projects such as policy development, process improvement, major recruitment initiatives, and large scale change programmes
Work collaboratively with colleagues across professional services, operational teams, and employee representatives to deliver creative, pragmatic solutions in complex environments
HR Business Partner Experiences:
Advanced Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
Significant generalist HR experience as a Business Partner within a large, complex, and unionised organisation
Proven success in leading and delivering innovative HR solutions that drive organisational outcomes
Strong experience supporting and leading workforce change, including restructures and organisational redesign
The ability to interpret data, understand context, and anticipate workforce risks and opportunities
Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to operate at all levels
Experience leading teams and delivering through others, both directly and through collaboration
Can deliver service excellence and continuous improvement
