We’re looking for a highly motivated and transformational Inside Sales Director EMEAI to join our ambitious team. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEAI, this individual will have a meaningful impact on our inside sales strategy through the mentoring and leadership of the Inside Sales team, supported by the customer services and technical support teams. This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our Oxford office.
Responsibilities Include
* Craft, develop and implement a distinct vision and sales plan.
* Lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve targets through lead conversion.
* Effectively communicate the agreed and shared sales vision and targets to your teams.
* Lead the team in using company processes, tools, and resources optimally to contribute to overall sales outcomes.
* Develop your team through mentoring and coaching, to ensure outstanding opportunities and a healthy sales organisation.
* Involve people and teams in finding new ways to achieve agreed goals.
* Encourage others to take qualified risks when necessary.
What We're Looking For
* A PhD or MSc, or equivalent experience within genomics, genetics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in inside sales leadership, particularly within the genetics market.
* Outstanding communication and people skills.
* Experience defining and implementing sales strategies.
* Capacity to predict and get ready for market trends.
* Strong critical thinking and vision-setting abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Experience in developing high-performing teams.
* Dedication to achieving ambitious business objectives.
* Happy to come to our site in Oxford regularly.
