The Role: As an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects from first enquiry to final handover, combining creativity, commercial drive and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the showroom and guide them through the design journey Conduct home visits and client consultations Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software Prepare accurate quotes and present proposals confidently Handle objections, negotiate and close sales professionally Collaborate with the installation team for seamless handovers Contribute ideas to improve showroom processes and customer experience What we're looking for: A commercially-minded, results-focused approach — you’ll understand the importance of balancing design creativity with hitting commercial targets. Sales tenacity and resilience — you bounce back from setbacks, follow up diligently, and don’t give up easily. A natural flair for numbers — able to quickly assess margins, calculate estimates, and manage profitability with confidence. A driven mindset with a desire to grow, take ownership and continually improve your design, sales and client engagement skills A positive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for learning and improvement Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow customer briefs precisely A friendly, professional and empathetic manner — no pushy sales tactics here A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to hit the ground running Willingness to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu) and occasional evenings to suit client needs A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid) We’re not just about kitchens — we’re about people.
