NHS Partner – South England to Midlands
Axon Moore is currently working with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an NHS Partner to join their commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with NHS organisations across the South and Midlands, shaping strategic partnerships that make a real difference to patient outcomes while driving growth and innovation.
About the Role
As an NHS Partner, you will lead engagement with NHS stakeholders, including Integrated Care Boards, Trusts, and commissioning bodies. You will help position the organisation as a trusted partner, aligning with NHS priorities such as prevention, digital transformation, and community care. This role is ideal for someone who understands the NHS and wants to make a tangible impact through strategic partnerships in the South and Midlands.
What You Will Be Doing
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders across the South and Midlands.
Influence decision-makers and help shape partnership strategies that deliver real value.
Identify and develop new opportunities that support market access and service integration.
Co-create projects with NHS partners that tackle health inequalities and improve patient outcomes.
Use healthcare data and insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
Ensure all engagement complies with NHS regulations and professional standards.
Represent the organisation at NHS events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience working with or within NHS organisations such as ICBs, Trusts, or commissioning bodies.
Strong knowledge of NHS policy, commissioning, and procurement.
Proven ability to develop and deliver successful partnership strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to engage at senior levels.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results independently.
Desirable:
Experience representing an organisation at NHS or healthcare forums.
Track record of co-developing innovative projects with NHS partners.
Familiarity with continuous improvement and quality assurance in healthcare.
The Package
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Car Allowance: £5,000
Bonus: Up to 16% annual performance bonus
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
