The Performance & Business Intelligence Team offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join as Business Analytics Manager. We seek a motivated, proactive, self-driven individual eager to make a meaningful impact within our small team.
Our team works collaboratively across the organization and with NHS partners. Passion for positive change, problem-solving, and data quality are essential.
You will produce performance reports, develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, and create/run SQL queries to support operational, managerial, and NHS data needs. Strong data analysis skills and a focus on quality, alongside meeting deadlines, are crucial.
This role offers a chance to utilize and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, directly impacting patient care in the local community. The role is hybrid, combining home and office work.
Main Duties
The primary purpose of this role is to support performance improvement and sustainability through developing and managing performance management processes, providing assurance, and delivering business intelligence to various stakeholders.
This involves working with senior managers to design corporate projects, develop assurance processes, and implement systems, requiring leadership, coordination, analytical skills, and innovative problem-solving.
